Excellent support from staff 24/7! I had heard good things word of mouth about this program and how well people were doing on it so I tried it. Complete lab panel was drawn then a personalized plan based on my lab, sex , age , ect was created for me. At first I didn’t notice any appreciable difference. I also increased my exercise. Suddenly after about 6-8 weeks I started to notice much better sleep patterns. At about 4 months weight started falling off at a quick rate 20 pounds and 3”off my waist!!!!! I feel great!! It is pricey but if you can afford it do oI!
