1. Complaint filed with Maricopa County Sheriff Response: any legitimate complaint with the Sheriff is duly investigated and the defendant brought in for questioning as needed. Obviously since we were not called in to defend ourselves, there is no merit in the claim. We have our record contract of this transaction, receipts, email and calls which we also submitted to the Attorney General of Arizona. We were believed and no case filed against us. 2. Ron is deceptive and will take your money and use it for his own personal needs and for other customer projects to seem as though they are moving along. Response: Per our records, any money we receive is duly recorded according to its use for the project as needed 3. This is verified through one of his manufacturers in Colorado where him and his business partner Matt Schrock left another client with an unfinished project after they had given NuEcoSystems and RON DINARDO over tens of thousands of dollars! Response: this is a baseless accusation and we are one of only a few dealers for Metal Sales Manufacturing that does these custom designed Barndominium, Cabin and ADU Kits. We go the extra mile for ALL of our customers, often helping them with permits, sub-contractors, surveying, architectural drawings, etc. We do a lot for our customers, and are happy to go the extra mile for them ALL. We would be happy to supply testimonials from our MANY happy customers, to all who want to do business with us. 4. Storefront: use UPS and different websites. Response: – Yes, all mail does go to a UPS box. We operate in all 50 states, and like a large portion of the population, we do most of our design work from a home base 5. We are a pyramid scheme Response: We are a legal business, with financial and tax records that will stand up in any investigation, and proved with our submitted results to the Attorney General. In summary: These customers/reviewers took unfair advantage by turning a straight small home build order into many hard-to-pin-down indecisive, exploitative changes. They used delaying tactics to get something for their deposit (the first line of their contract deems it "nonrefundable"), causing untold man hours in wasted redesigns then when thwarted, resorted to nasty, false online reviews. In contrast, I have not had a single complaint in my three years of operation. A word to the wise -- I will always welcome our happy customers as I love to do yet hindsight is 20/20 so I am revising my sales contracts for even better service and guard against such insidious deceit.

While Nuecosystems welcomes all reviews in the spirit of "Our Customer is Always Right" and to always improve our service, we draw the line at false accusations and defamatory language from reviews by reviewers who accuse us by our own names yet dishonestly disguising their identities. In a court of law and the court of public opinion, we stand on the following statements of fact: 1. We are a legitimate dealer and distributor of Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation, the Nation’s Largest Manufacturer of metal roofing, wall and building systems, which we earned by meeting strict requirements We simply serve our customers who can vouch for our unblemished reputation. 2. Over the past three years of operations, we received positive reviews from customers and manufacturers we have had dealings with. 3 In Trust Pilot, the reviewers hide behind aliases (they are husband and wife) and their names are David Johnson and Dimi Neria. Instead of just providing just one false bad review.(see full response). 4- Here are their false accusations and our point-by-point factual responses: 1-Defamatory Name calling – “Nuecosystems is a hustle”Beware” – Response: We are NOT a hustle but serious distributors of a legitimate business that meets strict standards of our manufacturing partners. We have our contractual records as proof. 2-The payment of over $7000 kept over 15 months a portion of it returned to a third party Response: On 4/24/21 the parties signed a contract in which the first line of the terms and conditions state this: TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1) PRICE AND PAYMENT: A nonrefundable down payment of $6,833.00 is to be paid immediately upon execution of this Agreement. 3 Matt Schrock has been prosecuted for fraud in Maricopa County Response: To this we say, not only has Matt Shrock paid for his youthful mistake but has become a trustworthy permitting resource for our operations for almost 30 years.(See full response to the accusation) 4. Matt Schrock and Ron Dinardo operating out of a PO Box Response: Yes, all mail does go to a UPOS box. We operate in all 50 states, and like a large portion of the population, we do most of our design work from a home base. 5. 100 pages of false statements from Ron Dinardo to the Attorney General (AZ?) With no proof money was spent on engineering – Response: We responded to the customers complaints with numerous pages of itemized conversations with the customer showing that they were indeed the parties changing what they wanted and stalling and going dark for many months at a time, then resurfacing to request that we re-design their cabin kit and changing the parameters. 6. Refusal to refund money and stalling for almost a full year while keeping money. Response: As mentioned previously, they were the ones stalling, and changing what they wanted, I made them aware that our engineers would not design something to be moved at a later date, but I did know of a manufacturer in Pueblo Colorado that said he could help them. They said that they would like to pursue that avenue. I transferred ALL monies to that manufacturer..(See full lengthy response to this accusation) 7. Two other couples known to reviewer were similarly cheated. Response: These are Baseless accusations. There is no way that Metal Sales Manufacturing would keep us as a Dealer, as well as sending us internal leads, if they were not performing up to their high standards.
