Nucamp is the real deal! I always wanted to attend a coding bootcamp, but the high cost was prohibitive. Then, I saw an online ad from Nucamp that will potentially change my life. Thanks to Ludovic Fourrage, a former Microsoft Digital Learning Executive, coding is more accessible to a more diverse population. Ludovic Nucamp in 2017. Here's Nucamps Mission Statement: "Our social mission is to help all aspiring career shifters currently left out of the digital economy receive high-quality, debt-free and risk-free education."

I signed up for this class to kinda bolster what I somewhat knew with html and css. I was very eager to get to the javascript, and I must say that my instructor had a great way of teaching and lended us a number of resources to look over in our spare time. The group setting made it fun and I'm assuming alluded to waht it's actually like to work on a development team. Great cohort, and I will be continuing on to complete all nucamp's courses in its entirety

I chose to attend NuCamp because it was more affordable than the other boot camps. The online classroom structure is great because it allowed me to efficiently complete the lessons and assignments that I needed to while allowing enough flexibility to work with my schedule. Plus, my instructor was available all week long should I have any questions. He provided multiple methods to reach him for any reason and he was always quick to respond.

I was incredibly happy taking a chance with Nucamp coding bootcamp as I tried getting into coding in the past utilizing other online/YouTube learning methods, but the concept never truly grabbed my attention. I did not want to take 4 years of computer science and put myself in debt having to take out student loans so the first thing that caught my attention about Nucamp was the cost. After conducting my own research and seeing the hybrid learning style that Nucamp offers I decided to sign up for the web development fundamentals course and I can honestly say it was worth the time and effort. Nucamp made it easy and enjoyable to get into coding and provided an instructor that helped motivate me to succeed throughout the entire bootcamp. I really enjoyed the pace and mixture of learning thru videos, hands-on coding lessons, providing resources to research more difficult concepts or to help gain more knowledge, and workshops that involved your classmates to complete weekly projects. Sure, I could take free coding tips on YouTube or sign up for online course specials, but Nucamp has a structure that is easy to follow and kept me engaged. I look forward to continuing my coding journey as I start the full stack course in a couple of weeks and excited to build upon my craft. I highly recommend considering Nucamp if you are an aspiring developer as the bootcamp helped me become a believer and that is coming from someone with no coding background whatsoever.

I enrolled into Nucamp to begin my career in tech. I had recently become very fascinated by tech in the past year and made the committment to Nucamp. I believe I am making the right decision and will see great progress in the next year.

I was wondering if I should enroll in the beginner's course because I had already been coding in Javascript for 2 months and I knew a lot of the HTML/CSS basics, but I'm glad I did because there were a lot of holes our instructor helped me fill. The instructor really helped with really going over and coding live for things that are considered industry standards. It also sets up the pace and is good practice for the upcoming bootcamps as far as time dedication and scheduling were concerned

Web Fundamentals was a great start to test the waters to see if coding is something that would suit me.
