Program is fine. Partly annoying, tho clever, to have to keep verifying your identity but the execution of it is poor. Was able to get the information I was after and successfully pass the tests. Material was dry, boring, and old/outdated. Easy to do on my own time though. Purchased/completed for an insurance reduction. Worth it in the end.

I think NTSI did a very good job of covering ALL aspects of SAFE and DEFENSIVE driving. When I needed help with login I received and email even though it was on a weekend. I would have appreciated more than just a PASS statement at the end of the test. I think I should receive an email certificate for my records and for insurance purposes

The topics were good, speaker was knowledgeable and excellent.

I was very pleased,and impressed by the way they were treating myself, the other patients with kindness,understanding, and that's what you would like to see more of one-on-one,we became one unit,and that is something very rare in this day. to" all" who took care of me on the same day surgery "thank you all from the bottom of my hear"t.

I liked that I could log on and off.

My decision of the NTSI was based more on reputation than anything else. I have know of the NTSI for years, and can appreciate the work it does, and would rather support IT than any of the other organizations I had to chose from. Thanks.

It was time consuming to verify my identity before every test. I was stressed to complete the verification in the time allotted.
