The unit I got just does not work
The unit I got just does not work - it gives a different reading every minute I use it. I would like to return it to get my money back. How do I do that. Would never buy anything like this online again.

Fraudulent Orders
I never ordered anything from whatever this place is and then they sent me an email asking how things went. Now I get to comb though all my credit cards and bank statements to figure out what the heck they're even talking about. How did they even get my email. NOT HAPPY!

NTSI sent my class completion …
NTSI sent my class completion certificate to the WRONG court with the WRONG driver's license number so I GOT A DEFAULT COURT RULING AGAINST ME THREATENING TO SUSPEND MY LICENSE AND TO NOTIFY THE MVD SO I COULDN'T REGISTER MY VEHICLE!!! I HAD TO CORRECT THAT MYSELF. Never again will I use NTSI and will NOT recommend it to anyone else.
