The course was well written and the staff were wonderful to work with. I spoke with Pamela in order to get properly enrolled and with Bernice after completing the course to make sure that the FLHSMV received my completed certificate. Both ladies were wonderful to work with...pleasant, efficient and they took care of all my concerns. I highly recomment the NTSI!

It has done me good to brush up on my driving skills with this course, I'm glad I did it. It reminds me that just because someone else is driving like a jerk, I don't need to ruin my day too!

The sign up was easy to complete and follow up of acceptance was expedient. Class test program was easy to complete and the study information was actually very interesting. Statistics were really ‘eye opening’. They take care of the notification to the court system and I hope never to put myself in this situation again!

Thank you for providing this valuable course to increase my awareness on the road and give ways to improve my driving habits. The statistics on collisions, injuries and deaths made a huge impact me. It has given me tools to use while on the road and helped me preplan safer routes when I do drive. This course would be helpful to everyone!
