Greetings Dianne, Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy day to write and post this review! Thank you too Dianne for your four stellar stars! We wish it could have been five, but four is pretty cool too! We do understand that the voice security feature can cause occasional frustration; however, please know that its sensitivity level is actually a mandated requirement. NTSI was started with the fundamental belief that every driver has the ability to be safer on the road and we are so happy that you have chose NTSI Dianne and have joined our safer driver family!

MoriahBear, Thank you so much for providing NTSI with this very detailed review and for four fantastic stars! NTSI works hard to bring engaging courses and a great product for our valued customers. Because of the value we place on our courses and our standards, NTSI will absolutely review the course you took to make sure that it meets our QA standards. I normally have to ask, "what could NTSI do to earn that final star?" and I am so appreciative that you took the time to detail your experience and to let us know!
