Would like the ability to review answers and edit if necessary. Also, if the course is completed before the allocated time it is annoying not to be able to go to the next section!

Need more interaction and communication from NTSI. Once you start a module, should be able to stop and start without having to start at the beginning every time. Some modules needs to be more inactive.

You have to keep answering telephone calls and other things and if you don't it shuts down on you.

The instruction was thorough, but somewhat boring.

This was the first time I used NTSI for the online safety course. I've taken it twice in the past with a different company. The course content is relevant and useful, but the way it was presented was not very engaging. The website seems like it was designed in the early 2000's and hasn't been updated since. The course itself is a series of text-based web pages, with a few links to videos. I get there's a need to verify the identity of the person taking the course. NTSI's implementation could be improved so it's more user friendly. It's easy to miss the message that appears at the top of the page when you need to answer a security question. The phone call verification opens in a pop-up, so it's easy to miss and then you're suddenly locked out of the course. I doubt I'll use NTSI to take this course again.

Great program except you have to constantly call a number to make sure your still in the browser and then it kicks you off and you have to restart if you do not complete task in time

Modules were a bit boring. Font for Security questions was so small that even while sitting in front of the monitor I did not notice them pop up a few times.

It was fine for a on-line course. I would much rather take this course in a class room situation, where you can ask questions and have discussions. I would learn and retain more!
