As a single income earner in real estate, Nterval Funding is a godsend! Their fees are less than those of many well-known companies, and the process is easy and fast. I even had a deal fall through a couple of times and they were fair and courteous with the timeline and additional fees. I highly recommend them, especially in times like these,

NTerval literally saved us from being homeless after my wife went unemployed for 8 months. I had a large commission due on a recent deal that I did but could not find anyone to offer a commission advance on commercial leases. I called MANY different commission advance companies and Nterval was the ONLY one that was able to offer advances on COMMERCIAL leases. All of their competitors only advanced on sales transactions, and many of those do residential only transactions only.
