Neal and Teri are rock stars. They make the bureaucratic grindings of Loan making seem effortless and straight forward. Every time I wanted to do something to move things along, I'd check my email and find out they were at LEAST one step ahead of me. Awesome to have them my your corner. Thanks N&T!

This brokerage was amazing. Walked me through all the steps. Understood my needs and referred me to a lender that could get a tough (unique) deal closed. I highly recommend.

They stayed on top of every step in the process until the deal was done quickly and efficiently. Looking forward to working with them again!

I had the great pleasure of working with Neal and Teri for my first aquisition. I'm a Canadian investor and they managed to get me 75% LTV, with a reasonable interest rate. They are always available and took the time to explain how things work in the US. I am looking forward to working with them again for my future endeavors! Stephanie B Montreal, QC, Canada
