Thanks Andy--yep, a bit of a jam for sure, but if everything went smoothly our job would get boring. 🤣 What's the saying 'A Smooth Sea, Never Made A Skilled Sailor'. We want our customers to come to us with the tough ones too, but you need to be prepared for a bit of a wild ride. Can wait to do the next one! Teri & Neal

Thanks Rachelle--whether you're a first time or seasoned investor, there are always questions along the way, and we want to be there to answer those questions and put your mind at ease. As for the hiccups---yep, sure did, but how does the saying go? 'That's how you learn!' 😁 Next time we'll get that scope of work down the first time and it should run real smooth from start to finish. We're excited to see you finish your first project and do it all over again (and again, and again) Teri & Neal

Thank you Alejandro! Goes to show you, when everyone and everything is 'on point' things move FAST, FAST, FAST! 9 Days to get the clear to close is how it should always work, unfortunately, not everyone is as on point as you were. We really enjoyed working with you and look forward to doing many more deals in the future! Teri & Neal

Thanks Mike! Yep, that was a tough one with having numerous open liens on the property, but as they say, we got-r-done! If you want a puzzle solved; Neal is your guy! He loves 😁 a good challenge ---anyone else would be waving a white flag in defeat. Ha! Yes, we look forward to working with you again, and hopefully the next one will be smooth sailing! Teri & Neal
