It’s great! I wish it came with full written instructions not just the QR code to a video that goes too fast and has no narration. It feels like way too much work to learn how to use it. Bought it for my nephew and wanted to make sure I knew how to explain it to him. But it was very time consuming to learn.

The lightsabers I got from here are good quality with good weight distribution and decent customization, my only issue is that it took 2 weeks to get to me and the anticipation was REAL

I came across NSabers on Instagram a few months back and was immediately impressed by their variety of realistic replica lightsabers. I finally decided to order a few weeks back and upon delivery, I was blown away by the quality of the product. With realistic sounds, lighting & effects, my inner child who never had one of those flip-out plastic sabers was beaming with joy. I ordered the Neopixel Mando saber as I’m planning on taking it with me to conventions. Overall, I’m very happy with this product and will definitely be ordering again. My only point of criticism ( hence the 4 stars ) is specifically for the Mando saber, there was no clear instructions for assembly of the blade ( I managed to do my own research and figure it out ) however, I would like to include this is my first purchase from NSabers so I may have missed something on the instruction sheet QR codes or the website. So this could be user error on my part. But other than that, I would highly recommend NSabers if you want to become your very own Jedi Knight, Sith Lord or Mandalorian leader! This is the way 🔥

The main saber I ordered is great. I love it. One of the "mystery sabers" that I received doesn't even look like the assembly is finished. It looks and feels very cheap. And I know it was free. But there are other sites out there running sales, and some of them let you choose the hilts for the free sabers they offer. I chose NSabers because they had a better reputation for customer service, even though other vendors had better promotional offers. I didn't think that the difference in the promotions would be quite so glaring.

The rubber decoration on the handle came off only after one day of use. Terribly dissapointing. The customer service provided the solution promptly once they noticed the review.
