Pure spam, no support at all
Things go back almost 4 years now, around then i recieved a mail about verifying my mail-adress, but i never made an account in the first place. I wrote back to them that this was the case, but they auto-block every f.ing e-mail you send them, period. Then i decided to use their contact formula, but that (just like years ago) ends in this trash site showing an {"message" "not found" "id:00000000000something"} error. This happens again and again, and neither do i get any mail about an opened ticket. They have no support hotline, which is already shady af if you are a legit company, and no mentioned support mail. It also isn't a "No-Reply" mail either, which atleast would keep people from trying to form a response that leads nowhere.. I give just big pile of slop two stars because i cannot tell anything about their actual services, which i hope actually get provided, unlike their "support" that they "offer" (actively try to hide from) On the other hand, when i requested a new (actually my first) password for npm and delted "my" account i didn't even recieve a mail that verified the deletion of the account. How can you piss so much spam i to my mail account and mot even send verification mails for this?
