Np UsembassyReviews of np.usembassy.gov

I recently called the US Embassy in Nepal and had an appalling experience with a customer service representative. The lady was incredibly rude, speaking in a disrespectful manner. It's disheartening that someone in a customer-facing role could be so unprofessional. It raises serious questions about the embassy's commitment to providing quality service.
