The overall experience was a frustrating one because of the communication, but the products on that website were nice, that's why I ordered the products in the first place. Deliveries were far longer than anticipated and at times it was hard to get updates. After a while I finally got a response but I felt it was more stressful than it should be.

J'ai commandé une suspension chez novi-design le 29/12/2024 qui était marquée en stock, elle devait être livrée le 17/12/2024. Depuis je n'arrête pas de les contacter par tout les moyens possibles, téléphone, chat-bot , messagerie. Cela reste sans réponse. Ils sont référencés chez avis-Garantis mais je n'ai reçu aucune demande d'avis alors que la transaction a bien eue lieu. Dans ces conditions c'est plus facile d'écarter les mauvais avis. Ne vous faites pas avoir.
