Very difficult to cancel
The product sounds promising. I’m still trying out my first order but it took weeks to get to me. The tracking was not very accurate so it made me think it was a scam. Then the subscription I didn’t know I had charged and when I tried to cancel they kept sending me numerous emails offering me stuff. Very difficult to cancel and get refunds. They keep insisting. Too aggressive and that turned me off from the product. Also when I was trying to get information on where my first shipment was after weeks of waiting, there was no one I could get a hold of. Their number doesn’t work.
