We enjoy working with Novel! They had a thorough and thoughtful onboarding process and we felt they really cared and wanted to understand our business. They've also provided great ongoing resources and are generally very pleasurable to work with. I'd highly recommend working with them!

Novel was able to move quickly when we needed capital.

We have had a great experience from the very beginning. While the financial support was important they helped us transform our sales and marketing approach. We had one on one meetings with our management team and the NGP team that energized the team and helped us focus on what’s important. A few years later they connected us with a sales and marketing accelerator that is helping us take another leap forward. When we have had a “problem” they have always been there to talk it through in a helpful constructive way. I can’t day enough good things about NGP.

From the beginning the team was easy to work with, open and transparent about their processes. The team is knowledgeable and can move the process along quickly. They are supportive of founders who don't fall into the traditional categories of fundraising. In addition, Novel are also flexible in working with the companies if/when things change. We have really enjoyed working with Novel!

Novel, A Cut Above Other Capital Providers. Logical, Efficient, Process Our experience with Novel was very positive, straightforward, and efficient. We appreciated that many of their team members had the experience of building a company from the startup phase and are familiar with the challenges. Their process is logical, provides clarity, and is reasonable. I definitely would recommend Novel to other Founders not only as a funding source but as a partner. Date of experience: October 14, 2022

Communication with Novel was constructive, helpful and prompt. They listened to and understood our company's needs and situation which was a bit unusual for Novel, but we worked through an acceptable solution.

Novel Capital understands the business of Edtech, especially on the B2B side. It's refreshing to get a funding partner that knows your business. The process from engagement to funding was seamless. If you are looking for non-dilutive funding and have a healthy business, connect with Novel Capital.
