I was impressed with the great customer service experience I received from Joe during our talks after the original policy was purchased and during the weeks after I had decided not to buy that vehicle. I had hoped to find the right vehicle but it did not happen and I was again impressed with how well the refund was processed. I am extremely disappointed with the unethical conduct and lack of transparency at Nova. During my first claim experience, I was pressured into providing a 5-star review in exchange for the release of my settlement check—a clear conflict of interest. Recently I submitted a claim for my GPS failing and they refused to honor the terms of my service agreement, which explicitly states the GPS is covered. The Tesla service manager confirmed the part is a covered component under the agreement's language, yet Nova has refused to engage in a technical consultation with the repair facility. Clearly, a bad-faith denial of a legitimate claim.

Nova has been great. The reason for cancelling has nothing to do with Ryan the Representative or NOVA as a company. I just purchased the car and found out it needs maintenance that was believed to be done and I will be moving on from this car. When I do purchase another AMG or this level of car NOVA will be the one to call. They are the only ones who offered a warranty that would cover the engine and drivetrain.

Professional, Kind, Patient and Honest From Ryan to the gentleman I spoke to this afternoon (forgot his name). Both were very professional, kind and patient. The answered my questions, never pushy. In addition, very honest and transparent which is hard to find in companies today. Honestly, I did a lot of research on a number of warranty companies and Nova lived up to their name and integrity. Even though I decided not pursue as I was looking for specific coverage that was not included the team wanted to be sure that I had all the information to make an informed decision. I do plan to use them on my other vehicle when my current warranty is up. Truly standup honest people and company.

Nova Auto Warranty staff/sales team are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Joe Ross and Tim are great! Although I canceled my policy, because of other reasons. I will definitely consider/recommend Nova A.W. again in the near future. Thanks again gents!
