The claims process seamless.
The claims process went pretty well. The people were easy to deal with at NOVA and the claim was processed quickly once I got the proper paperwork to them.

Extremely Fast Response
I am writing to share my excellent experience with Nova Warranty. When my air compressor stopped working, I brought my vehicle to Ozark Chevrolet the next day. After the dealership contacted me with the necessary repair details and costs, I reached out to Nova Warranty. Brooke was great!
Brooke was nice, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the warranty coverage specifics and the claim process. During our call, she didn't come off as a high-pressure salesperson. She clearly answered all of our questions and addressed the concerns we had regarding some reviews we read online. We found Brooke to be an excellent representative for the company. She made us feel totally comfortable and confident in the decision to move forward with this coverage. She's a keeper!
