Lucas Miller assisted my husband and I secure an extended auto warranty today on our 2021 Audi Q7 Quatro. He was above and beyond professional, knowledgable and patient providing us with every needed detail. He was immediately likable, friendly and worthy of our trust. He is obviously a major asset and a class act at Nova. It was a positive experience all around.
