Nick Holden is a pleasant sales person he is extremely polite and was a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend Nova warranty because of his great demeaner and professionalism, I feel comfort knowing that I am covered because of Nick I would like to take this time to let him know that he's greatly appreciated.

The claim process was easy and quick. Michael, the claim rep, was top-notch - very helpful and got everything taken care of fast. I'm really impressed! Great experience!

I explained my needs for my Car
I explain my needs for my Car. He stated benefits their plan that was best suited for my car. He understood I will continue to do my research once I receive the detailed warranty. The price point was good compared to the other warranty vendors.

Great Job Lucas !!
Lucas was very informative about the plan. He talked to by my Name and not just a guy looking for insurance on my auto. I liked that. If I had one comment on the final cost of the plan there should have been a break down with all discounts expose to me not just tell me about them.
