The worse management
The worse management. I was a previous worker here. Under Greg Rizzotto. The worse "manager" ever hired. His leadership was awful and his competence was low. I'm sure he's decent at voltage work but literally every other aspect he lacked in. He literally asked me how to make procedures when I didn't know myself at the time. I help him and he struggled to make lines on a word doc. Pathetic. Good luck trying to get hired there too or atleast the area under his supervision. If you're not one of his river buddies, your not hired. He said he was going to have myself and other techs help with the hiring decision since we'll be working with the new hires, which in my opinion a solid idea, not our jobs though. But he never once brought any tech in for a interview for a possible new hire. We had 3-4 managers at my time there in a span of 3 years. With 6 techs. All 6 remained until Greg got the manager spot. 5 of the 6 techs left because of his top notch management skills they thought he had. Don't get me started on the Regional Manager Luis Carlos. I literally told him what was happening and he said looks like we'll have to tighten up the reins on him then... Nothing happened. His skinny jeans must've squeezed out the last of his IQ. Praying for their downfalls 🙏🏼.
