The quality and selection is good. There is a bit of a wait time to receive your order-however the company does keep you informed often regarding the order status with updates.

The ease of placing my order and the variety of selections. The sales and my amazingly beautiful and authentic looking earrings. Better than I expected. However, it took longer to receive than I thought.

Someone within Nova’s Jewellery must take responsibility for this situation. I paid your company for merchandise that I have not received, and I cannot be expected to bear the consequences of a shipping problem that is outside of my control. Whether the package was lost, delayed, improperly shipped, or there is another issue with the carrier is a matter that Nova’s Jewellery must resolve. As the customer, I should not be the one paying for that uncertainty. Your own website states an average delivery timeframe of 6–12 business days, and that timeframe has already passed. Simply continuing to tell me that the package is “in transit” does not provide a resolution. At this point, someone needs to take responsibility, investigate what happened to this shipment, and return my money. I no longer want the merchandise, and I am requesting a full refund of the entire amount paid to my original payment method. Please escalate this matter to a supervisor or manager who has the authority to resolve it and issue my refund. Yelizmar Mendoza
