This product failed to meet my expectations. I should have trusted my initial instincts, as it ultimately proved to be a waste of money.

Terrible service. I tried to get a refund on a deceptive membership added without my knowledge and they would not refund my money. I bought this product last mont on FB my first mistake. Then today they charged me 59.99 for some membership I did not sign up for. When I called them they said they could not refund my money even though I did not know I had this membership nor did I use any of it so called benefits.. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

J’ai commandé un matelas il y a 3 semaines. Le statut est toujours en commandé, pas de livraison, bien sûr j’ai été débité de 210€ . Après 10 mails , aucune réponse, contact par chat aucune réponse ! Ce site est scandaleux.

Ordered the Tesla Model Y mat in early May. It's now been weeks with absolutely no delivery, no tracking update, nothing. What makes it worse: I've sent multiple emails to their customer service and received zero response. Not a single acknowledgment. Complete silence. This is not a company you want to give your money to. No product, no communication, no accountability. I have no idea whether my order even exists on their end. Save yourself the frustration and order from a brand that actually delivers — both literally and figuratively. Steer clear.

Purchased a mattress and window covers May 1 w/ estimated delivery May 14. No product has arrived, no shipping date shown. I received one round of communication from Novapads with a promise the product would arrive by May 30 - It's now June 4 and my follow up emails are ghosted, even if I send a request from a different address. Don't waste your time, you can't get it back.

Commande effectuée le 5 mai, indiqué comme envoyé mais je n'ai toujours rien reçu et aucune nouvelle de leur part malgré plusieurs relance...

Update 1. Juli 2026: Finally heart from them. I chose to cancel my order due to long waiting for answer and no matress delivered. Ordered a mattress to my Tesla y juniper 16th may. Money has been charged, but still no mattress. It haven’t even been sent yet. Tried to email them two times but no answer at all… :(
