We bought the pads, haven't used them yet. Probably won't. What I'm upset about is the scam for reoccurring charges. Don't buy these pads!!

My puppy has not used it since I got it. I've had it 4 days. He is on and off. But then again, it's the same place that I had to pass. So is he just going in the same spot? He always normally does, because I'd have to say one out of 5 times he might use it properly. This is a terrible waste of money.

If I could do ZERO stars I would. This is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Nova Paws/Nova Pads…whatever their real name is. They trick you into extra purchases at checkout. I just wanted a pee pad. I somehow ended up with 5 bottles of a spray I didn’t want. I tried to cancel and the guy offered to reduce it to 1 bottle. I said fine. However, I see the shipping notification and it’s 5 bottles. I contact them again and he says sorry and offers an 80% discount on the sprays. Fine, I accept. The items all arrive in the mail and it’s not even the correct spray. It’s a calming spray that is just freaking lavender scented liquid. They originally had those 5 bottles priced at over $70. They are tiny bottles. INSANE. The pee pad was $50. Also INSANE. But someone recommended it so I thought it must work. LIES. My dog hasn’t used it a single time. BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE! A couple weeks pass and I get notification I’ve been charged $59.99 from the company. Excuse me? I contact them again. I proceed to call my bank to have my card deactivated so this doesn’t continue. I wake up this morning and the company responded to my email about the charge saying it was a monthly membership for the VIP discount I received at the initial purchase along with having first access to promotions they run. Umm…what?? What discount? The pad was 50 freaking dollars. I didn’t sign up for that and that is literally the worst monthly membership known to man. Who in their right mind would say, “Yeah that sounds like a great deal! Sign me up for just losing $60 a month!” Right… Anyways, don’t ever buy from these scum bag scammers.

I went back and forth about buying one of these Nova pads and I finally did. I waited a while to receive it. Since that time all my dog is done is pee around it. So much for their guarantee. They don't accept returns unless they've never been used and you pack them in the same package that you received them in. This is highway robbery. No one should pay $50 for a mat that does not work let alone get roped into buying several at one time thinking that it's going to work because it doesn't. Terrible company can't say how poor my transaction was with them. I ordered one paw pad and the charge came through for that along with another charge for $187. Fraud

Un enfer ! J'ai commandé le matelas Novapads et les les caches vitres le 4 mai 2026 J'ai reçu mon colis le 15 mai, et en ouvrant il y avait le matelas uniquement ! J'ai écrit des mails au support, et au chat sans aucune réponse. J'ai bien été débité de tous les produits, ils sont tous indiqués livrés alors que je ne n'ai pas tout reçu. C'est du vol caractérisé et en plus aucune réponse de leur part. Fuyez et commandez ailleurs

Pedido el 1 de mayo de 2026 (pedido #NovaPads681***2026, 250,20 €). Recibí el colchón Air-Foam Mattress Pro pero NO las persianas/cubiertas para ventanas (49 €). Ambos productos figuraban en la misma notificación de envío. Envié correos de reclamación el 25 de mayo y el 2 de junio — sin respuesta en ninguno de los dos casos. Mi solicitud de factura para mi empresa también fue ignorada. Tras más de 4 semanas de silencio, he presentado una devolución de cargo formal con mi banco. La calidad del producto puede ser buena, pero el servicio al cliente es completamente inexistente.

I wasted my money, my dogs & cats lay on it & pee around it. This makes it worse not better. I wanted it to work but not even a little bit . Then reading the reviews about novapaw charging people more than once I looked & sure enough I got charged twice now... not only that but it took over a month to get... dont wast your money on this useless little blanket because that's all it is. I had to edit this. I have now been charged 4 times by this scumbag company & I contacted them after the 2nd... some lady from India said they'd give me half my money from the 2nd & 3rd like they were doing me some favor... then charged me again... I had to shut my card off & get a new one... totally trash company.

Nothing worked for me pads, pheromones spray NOTHING!!! And I had an unauthorized charge for what I don’t know. I’m so disappointed
