NovaPadsReviews of novapads.com

Scammer website. Very small print advising of an automatic subscription mentioned NOWHERE ELSE within the advertisement or order process. If you miss it, you will get dinged for $60 US before you even realize it’s something you should have cancelled within 20 days of ordering.

This was the worst purchase I have ever made in my entire life. What a piece of junk. It is a fraud. It’s stupid. It doesn’t work whoever invented this must be from another country piece of shit. I would like my full refund. I want my money back.

RUN RUN RUN FROM THIS SCAM. I ordered the 3 pads get three free for $148.50. I am quite pleased with the pads….. however it is the $59.99 per MONTH charge that is the scam. I went back and checked the website that I ordered from and nowhere does it say you automatically get enrolled in a monthly charge plan. As a matter of fact it doesn’t mention anything about the plan anywhere on the site! I’m thankful that I check my bank accounts every day because I caught the charge for the first month as soon as it happened. When I called to inquire I was informed that I had signed up for this monthly “club” plan. I told them them I had done no such thing and wanted a full refund. At first she said she would cancel the subscription and give me a 40% refund. I told her I wanted 100% and she bumped it up to 50% but said she couldn’t go any higher. I asked to speak to a supervisor and of course there was no one available. I feel bad for the people that didn’t notice the charges until months later. I am fuming!!

Deceptive Like other reviews. Scam product, order site repeats offering additional discounts until you get tired of reading them entirely. In the process it signs you up for a VIP Club @ 59.99 per month. I had to report fraud to my bank and stop payment for this company and finally got an email from novapaw-support@ novalife.reamaze.com. "I am sorry for the confusion with the $59.99 charge that was taken out . The charge is the VIP Club membership fee. It shows here that you were enrolled in our exclusive VIP Club Program when you purchased the (item) at a VIP discounted price. We have stated on the checkout page that by taking advantage of the given offer, you will be signed up in our exclusive VIP Club program. You may visit our website to check it out: (https: //shopnovalift .com) The VIP Club Membership gives a discount on first purchases, early access to new collections and exclusive product launches, and ongoing discounts on all future purchases during the membership." Says In stock · Ships in 24 Hours From U.S. Warehouse. Wrong! My order first got hung in customs in Spain from China.

First off, they don't work all that well. Then they take money from my account after our transaction is over. They inform me that I agreed to be in their club. Ok fine $11.99 I can deal with nbd then the other day they tried 59.99 today 29.99 WHY? REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LIST

I do not recommend this company. First of all, it tooks weeks to receive the items. THEN I see a recurring withdrawal from my personal account that I never signed up for. When I tried canceling the MONTHLY $59.99 membership dues, they said they could only give me back 50% even though it had only been 2 days since they took my money! ABSOLUTELY do NOT recommend this company at all!!

I ordered an Auto-Leveling Mattress from NovaPads and paid DKK 2,924.10 on 25 August 2026. On 27 August, I was informed that my order had been forwarded to the warehouse and that I would receive a tracking number the same day. I confirmed that I wanted to proceed with the order. Since then, I have contacted NovaPads several times, but I have received neither a tracking number, the mattress, nor any response from their customer support. The expected delivery time has now passed. I have therefore had to file a dispute with my bank due to non-delivery and am currently awaiting the outcome. I hope the matter will still be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend NovaPads due to the lack of communication and failure to provide any shipping information after payment.

Waited too long for the pads. Still did not come. Calling my credit card company to lock them.
