I have absolutely no obligation to write this review — I'm doing it purely because I hope it helps someone who's on the fence make the decision to work with Paul. Working with Paul has been a game changer for my commercial cleaning business. Before this program, I was piecing things together on my own — figuring out pricing, hiring, lead generation, and operations through trial and error. Paul compressed years of learning into weeks. His knowledge of this industry is genuinely elite — he's not teaching theory, he's sharing the exact systems and methods that built a seven-figure operation, and he hands them to you directly. The difference in how I think about and run my business is night and day. From building out a sales and estimating function to structuring vendor networks to understanding what a real operations system looks like — I now have a clear picture of where I'm going and exactly how to get there. That clarity alone is worth the investment. If you're just getting started in commercial cleaning or you've been stuck at the same level and can't figure out why, Paul's program is the move. The value you get from his coaching is the kind that would've taken most people years and thousands of dollars in mistakes to figure out on their own. Highly recommend without hesitation.

The NOVA program has truly transformed the way I see my cleaning business. Paul is real, transparent, and truly wants everyone to win. He openly shares his "Blueprint" for success and doesn't hold back. What I love most is that this isn't just motivation for me, it's strategy. Systems. Structure. Real guidance. If you're looking to build, grow, and scale your cleaning business the right way, I absolutely recommend this program.

Working with Nova Enterprises was honestly a turning point for my business. In less than two months, we completely restructured our systems, pricing, and client acquisition strategy — and the results came fast. We are now generating an additional $15,000 per month, and for the first time it feels scalable and predictable instead of chaotic. Paul doesn’t just give generic advice — he looks at your business, pinpoints what’s broken, and helps you fix it step by step. The clarity, confidence, and momentum I gained from this program are priceless. If you’re serious about growing your business the right way and actually seeing results, Nova Enterprises is 100% worth it.

I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to work with this company and directly with Paul. It has been one of the best business experiences of my life. I truly appreciate how well the program is designed — it is a clear, step-by-step guide that includes video lectures and discussion sessions with a coach, where you can go through each stage, ask questions, and receive valuable recommendations. Each lesson also includes a resources section with all the necessary links to complete the practical tasks required to start a business. Everything you might need is provided, allowing you to complete each task efficiently and correctly from the very first attempt. The lectures themselves are highly informative and up to date. I am genuinely grateful for this collaboration. This is an excellent product that I would confidently recommend to anyone interested in this field.
