I ordered items for Christmas, they were really cute bracelets. I received them after New Years and they were not what I ordered. I tried them again, same result. Their stuff is cheap. I don’t mean price wise. Their jewelry is bulky and actually looks like dress up jewelry for kids. Total dissatisfaction and disappointment. Don’t buy from them, you’ll waste your money.

I ordered 3 necklaces for Xmas gifts, received them and one arrived broken, the other broke when tried to put it on neck. They replaced one but I am still waiting for the other replacement after numerous emails. They are giving me excuses saying it is clearing customs which should never take almost 2 months. I will never order from them again.!!!!!!!! Junk jewelry

I ordered items and inquired why I didn't get a shipping confirmation. Here is the response: "We are very sorry for such destabilizing encounters you have been faced with. Your order is awaiting shipment and will ship by this week, Once your order will get processed you will receive an automated email with your tracking information shortly. We would appreciate your support on this matter." Destabilizing encounter? What? Just tell me when I can expect to receive my products that I have already paid for! Why does it take so long?

I ordered 2 holiday necklaces on November 24th and I still haven't received them. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I tried contacting the company 3 times, and only got a response when I called my credit card company. I got an email from NOVADAB today, December 27th, that my items were shipping today. Over 1 month after ordering, and not in time for Christmas. This is a horrible company, and trust me they will not return your email. (Finally got a reply over 2 years later? And a request to alter my review? This is hilarious!!! And I will NEVER buy from you again)

I ordered something from this place on November 25th. I just today, on December 20th, got notice that they shipped it today. It's holiday themed, meant to be worn to holiday events I've already been to because it was so late. It's a waste of time and money.
