They handled my ticket quickly, which made it easy to get things done fast.

Amazing detail to buildings roads and other little places. Beautiful work on the map that they made, one small issue is that the game is a bit empty without any UI or scripts in it sadly, but other than that; Amazing work.

A little slow. But great service and professionalism.

The experience was pretty good overall I’m glad it went well, though there was some miscommunication every now and then, but in the end it did work out, next time I shall specify, especially with experienced devs within the genre that I will be working on!

Great company they are kind and respectful. However, no one is perfect. They need to improve in some areas. For example, when you ask them to do something and agree to their quoted price, they sometimes realize that the project is larger than anticipated. As a result, they might skip some parts of the project, claiming it's too big for them to handle. Instead, they might do something simpler and inform you that's all they can manage. In my experience, I requested a detailed map for military purposes, comparable or better than the reference I provided. They assured me they could do it and quoted a price, which I agreed to. However, after starting, they skipped modelling, design, and some buildings I had specified, claiming the project was too big. Despite this, I was still charged the full price of $600. In the end, they delivered only simple buildings, free models, and a basic terrain and layout, saying that was all they could do. So, while it is a great company for small projects, if you have a big project, I wouldn't recommend them because they may not fulfil the agreed-upon requirements. Thanks.
