Our team also tried to contact them but everyone in the server also received a ban. Please do not trust and don't make a commission with this company, after also checking the other reviews the other comments may also be botted and everyone here got scammed!

Unprofessionalism & My Reponse
I am a verified Roblox developer and commissioned Nourity Co. to build train models after they responded to my job post on the Roblox Talent Hub.
I joined their Discord server and opened a ticket to discuss the commission with their team. The quoted price was around $300–350 which went up because of some minor details the company failed to notice within the job post so it went to around $400+ instead of the agreed price $300-350. I connected with a developer who was professional and helpful throughout. Over time, I decided to work directly with this developer and cancelled the commission with Nourity.
After cancelling, I was told there would be a significant cancellation fee — nearly the full commission amount. I requested the incomplete model I had already paid for, but they did not provide it. I then asked some questions about information my friend had shared upon retiring to better understand the situation, but instead of fully answering, they closed the ticket.
Unfortunately, shortly after, I was banned from their server because I was asking questions in the general chat which weren't very sensitive which one of the owners provided his input and acted up on no professionalism and made some disrespectful comments towards me. In my view, this should have been handled with much more professionalism and transparency, especially from a high-ranking member of the Discord server.
A few days later, I received a DM from one of the owners apologizing for the situation and acknowledging that we got off on the wrong foot. They said if I removed the review I posted about the business, they would not dispute the chargeback I made with my bank for not receiving the models. I had to pay the developer directly to complete the work, and based on what the developer shared, Nourity failed to pay him for his services as well.
If you’re considering working with Nourity, I recommend reading multiple reviews and reviewing their policies carefully. If you have any questions, ask them through their official ticket system.
I would appreciate a full refund for the services I paid for but did not receive.

Tried scamming me + waste of time
They had a 2 month deadline for a game I ordered and after 2 months and 2 weeks, there was nothing to show for, not even a playable video to show atleast some progress. Worst part is, not only did they take my down payment but ALSO a "progress payment" (there was no progress made but forced me to comply or they wouldn't keep working). Then I had to fight back and forth with Trey for a refund who tried to say I couldn't get a full refund. TLDR; Took my money, waited the 2 months deadline and still had nothing to show for and tried fighting me and spoke unprofessionally after I wanted a refund.

They worked with us for almost a year, showed us very slow development progress and changed development teams several times, but we were patient. Then, all of a sudden, we find ourselves banned from the server and unable to do anything, scammed.
