Their deposit + overall charge already made this deal thrown out the window. A 130K charge for a simple map build, excluding additional taxes was already the dead giveaway. They are trying super hard to get rich, and they will never get there. Would not be surprised if they were American, East Asian, or European.

I placed an order for some models at Nourity, and they said they could do them within a reasonable timeframe. Great. Nourity then takes my money, with me thinking it would be done. Unfortunately, I had to constantly pester Nourity to get any update. They then tell me they cannot complete the commission and will issue the refund. I then continue to ask for refund updates. They tell me they will, then close the ticket. It takes them a further 3 weeks to issue a refund, only after threatening to come forward. Do not use Nourity. They will take your deposit and give you a horrible service.

Worst experience i possibly could have, my commission with the Nourity Corporation was so terribly bad it was nothing like the standards of quality i had asked for, it was done so poorly i question how they even think its good enough to say its "done" and not only that but this commission has been going on for 2 months longer than expected time line. The owners have ignored my request for a refund for a week now, i have tried contacting on email, dms, and in the ticket and i have got no response what so ever despite them being online. DO NOT make the mistake of commissioning this company.

So I hired nourity to help me make a fighting game on roblox, hired for full game development, modeling, scripting, animations, etc. Hired them in February, was skeptical of them at first before I paid the deposit but they gained my trust. I paid 100k robux as a deposit, and we started development. On my part I did the map and was providing references and things for what I wanted. Always did progress checks and what not. Nourity was really slow, after 2 months passed they had almost no progress done because they kept hiring and firing people, inconsistent, and was not doing much. After a few months they ended up Banning me or kicking me from their server because the games development was taking longer than expected and this was also after Nourity was compromised and all the commission tickets were deleted. DO NOT work with nourity. Scammed out of 100k with no work to show for it. I have not recieved any scripts, models, anything.

We began working with Nourity Corporation over a year ago and were initially optimistic. I even served as an engineer for them, and early interactions were smooth. However, things quickly spiraled. In July, we started a commission with clearly defined expectations and detailed references. The quoted price was $350 for models and rigs. The first engineer assigned made almost no progress in the first 3 months, then disappeared for a 2 month vacation- only for us to find out they had actually resigned from the company. That was 5 months completely wasted. After more delays, another engineer was finally assigned, and we paid an additional $250 for a scripter. That scripter never showed any signs of progress or even proof of work over the next 2 months. When we canceled that part of the project and requested a refund, the owner, Trey, suddenly demanded more money to continue the original commission- claiming we now owed $450 more, bringing the total to $800 (more than double the original quote). This was supposedly to "cover costs," which conveniently matched the refund we had requested. After back and forth debates- during which I literally had to quote their own policies to them- we reluctantly paid the extra amount just to get the project finished and walk away. Meanwhile, I also requested a refund for a previous $450 commission that was never completed. I was told it would be refunded within 18 business days. It’s now been several months, and nothing. To top it off, I was suddenly banned from their Discord server, the owner stopped replying, and even the engineer who was working on my project told me he hadn’t been paid- refusing to give me the models I paid for. Again, I paid Nourity, not him directly, and whether he was paid is not my responsibility. It’s now been months. No refund. No finished product. No contact. Completely unprofessional and incredibly disappointing. We strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

I signed up for a service with Nourity expecting professional delivery, but things quickly went downhill. The initial setup went fine, but once payment was made, I barely got any updates. I had to constantly chase support to even get small responses. Eventually, the ticket was closed without the issue being resolved. It felt like once they had my money, they stopped caring. Do not trust these guys!

Paid for a project but it was delayed over and over again without proper updates. Communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. I was told I’d get a refund but weeks later, nothing has arrived. At first things seemed promising, but after I paid, responses slowed down and eventually stopped. The service looked professional, but the experience wasn’t. Deadlines were missed, updates were vague, and I had to constantly follow up to get answers. The final result wasn’t even delivered in full, and the support team closed my ticket without resolving the issue. This is a total scam, and you will not get what you paid for!

We paid over $3000, after a year of very little progression and alot of exuces we decided to get a refund, after alot of back and forth we agreed on a refund, the money was sent to the wrong account and when we tried to ask about a solution we got banned from their discord server. We even had "employees" dm us complaining about bad experiences and how they didnt get paid 0/10 would never recomend
