Hi Everyone my name is Chareen from the Caribbean island Trinidad and Tobago. I came across Nourished Natural health on my Instagram page about 3 months ago. I started listening to Tamika Woods aka Tam talking about women's health and nutrition and was very intrigue with her daily blogs and recipe tips. When she posted her seminar to inform us ladies about menstrual cycle.I wanted to learn about it. Because being a woman in my 30's having a history of fibroid, being on the pill and currently going through a stage in my life where i have a hormonal imbalance. Earlier this year I visited my gynecologist and family doctor and after doing blood test everything came back normal. There response was watch your diet and sugars without going into depth they couldn't tell me why i not having a fully period. So after watching this 30 minute seminar there was alot I never really knew so i took it upon myself to join the Hormone Harmony Academy. I signed up for the Plus Package which was affordable for me at this time and what i liked about it was having weekly chats via fb where i could interact with Tam stating my concerns and questions and also hear other ladies concerns from different parts of the world. From this programme i learned foods my hormone would love, blood sugar and cravings, digestion, liver and decoding my cycle. I never knew how important it was to include green leafy vegetables into my diet. There were so many things i just didn't know. Within the two months I am slowly introducing supplements into my diet like magnesium and zinc along with seed cycling and some delicious recipes offered by Tam to help our hormones and i'm seeing changes slowly.its not 100 percent yet but 50 percent than i was at the beginning of 2020. In a Nut Shell this course is very informative and i would like to let you ladies know that this lifestyle change we need to make for ourselves and our health and its gonna take time whether 4 months to a year, We just have to be patient and consistent. I wanna thank Tam so much for being a wonderful clinical Nutritionist informing ladies all different parts of the world.

I joined Hormone Harmony Academy mainly because I was fed up with my awful confidence crushing acne - before this course I thought I was so healthy and eating quiet clean drinking loads of water, WELL wasn't I shocked when I realised I needed to change some habits and learn why and how it can change our bodies, cycle, skin, moods, pain! My god!! I have come away from this course so much more knowledgeable (and with clear skin YAY) and understanding my body! I can not recommended Tam and her HHA course enough the support we get from the start to the finish and also the other ladies in the course is very warming and SO helpful. The information we learn here is so powerful the womans body is incredible, one last thing, Tam can relate to us and is a real genuine caring person that strives to help us, she is not someone that just takes your money and runs.. WELL WORTH IT IF YOUR THINKING OF JOINING!!

I loved the way the course was built and Tamika had my attention at every second. All the modules were very informative and helpful and the course was easy to follow. I learned so much about a hormone balancing diet and I was shocked at how I was under-eating fats and proteins which then in turn was making my body crave sugar. I have been struggling with cravings for years and now I can say that I feel in control and know exactly what to eat especially before my period starts so I don’t have to grab a chocolate bar. I feel much more in tune with my body. I would recommend for every woman to do this course, there is soooo much to learn about our bodies! I loved being part of the Hormone Harmony Facebook group too. Tam was quick to reply and would always have additional advice when needed. Thanks Tam!!

I actually felt vindicated when Tam was describing all of the PMS symptoms that I had all of my life, as none of my friends or family had experienced PMS to the same degree as me. I found the content so interesting and Tam really simplified the information of biology and nutrition so I could really understand the science behind all of my horrendous PMS symptoms.
