I've made a deposit to my Account and money has been deducted already but it's been more than 10 hours now I haven't received the deposit in my Noupia account and the support is not active to tell me why I think this is a scam I'll update my review once I receive my deposit

Quand il s’agit de recharger le compte noupia ou la carte tout se passe bien , mais pour retirer ca devient autre chose. J’ai fait retrait qui a été déduit du compte Noupia , mais jamais arrivé dans mon compte Mobile Money , et ils osent me dire que j’ai deja été remboursée. Ils sont meme pas au Congo donc pas moyen de passer dans les locaux
