I ordered 2 fans from their online catalog for my MSI Apache Pro GE 62 V7RF. They were sent to the repair center, where my P.C. was undergoing maintenance. Wrong fans. they didn`t even resemble the ones installed and contacted Merchant. They said I ordered the wrong fans. How wrong could they be? They wanted me to post them back to China, at my expense, and charge me 15% restocking fee. After toing and froing,I had a letter from the repair center, as well as a screenshot of my purchase. PayPal resolved in my favour, Stay away from this company. They will sell you "Knockoffs" and will lie to you.

VERY POOR SERVICE! They charged an extra $35 for "next day" delivery. I ordered the part at 2:30pm Tuesday, still waiting for the delivery on Thursday. I called the phone number provided but got an automated message saying " this person has a mailbox that has not been set up yet" and then disconnected. There's no email. I messaged them. They replied that I ordered my part "after the last shipping had left for the day". I replied that I wanted a refund for the $35 for "next day" delivery, especially when they take the $35 and have no intention of delivering next day. No response. SCAM.

Bought a laptop battery from "notebookparts.com", but it is not working. Contacted the seller several times, but no response. Still not sure how to get my 110 dollars back from this company.

Don't order anything from them. The customer service is really bad and they waste my time and money. I didn't even get the correct order. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIERS!!!!!!! I think the review below my review is definitely a fake one. They just post it to build their ratings and hide their true face.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They cannot keep an ETA to save their lives! I ordered a part over a month ago now, and I have to keep chasing to see where it is. I keep getting the same old story each time.....oh the supplier hasn't sent it, or it wasn't in the order that we was expecting. Terrible company. This is the first and last time I will use them. UPDATE: Since leaving this review, Notebookparts have now decided to CANCEL my order because they didn't like this review. Such childish behaviour from a business! Avoid this company like the plague!!!

I will be honest with you.. this is the worse online purchase situation I had in my life. Mariam in customer service is in the wrong business. They advertised an ADP part and sent me an ADB part. Plain and simple... they had it wrong and customer service didn't want to fix it. They even accused me of switching the part, and were VERY RUDE over Recorded emails. You should read some of them. And, it took 10 days of fighting back and forth with them over slow emails, and then they finally took it back and credited my account. I don't recommend them.

I ordered a new keyboard to fix my laptop the price was decent I paid for 2 day shipping and they sent it 4 days then they tried to claim it was 2 business days, I told them i was leaving for deployment on Monday the day it would have arrived. These people kept hanging up on me over and over, the first time they hung up on me when I asked how does it take 4 days for 2 day shipping. They claimed I was rude, I started getting rude when I was hung up on multiple times. They eventually upgraded my shipping to the shipping I paid for but made it seem like they were doing me a favor. They also have no idea when management comes in because when I asked to speak to management they said they weren't sure when they would be in again, after several hang ups I finally got an extension to the management supposedly I left a message do not expect to receive a response. WOULD NOT USE AGAIN. IF I didnt leave for deployment would return product to get a refund and find another business to give my money.

We ordered a part like we do from many vendors. When you need to RMA the part regardless of why...they will ask you for the number from the "silver sticker". There is no Silver sticker on the part. There are 3 other stickers with numbers but no Silver sticker. They will string you along, then accuse you of removing the sticker. Really????? Why would anyone peel off the sticker??????. So they tell us there is a silver sticker on all their parts....we go look at other parts (couple batteries) we have in the office from them...no silver sticker.......suddenly well no not the batteries. Yet they have no idea if it is their part without the silver sticker. Most disgusting circling talking dishonest vendor I have encounter in my 30 plus years of doing business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE People!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Simply, a bad business decision to do business with dishonest companies and this is one of them. I'm slow to anger and I wanted to throttle these people.
