If I could do minus stars I would. Ordered a tumble dryer for my daughter as a gift as her one broke down. Should of been delivered last week. Have tried emailing delivery company and Norxstore and they are ignoring me. The mobile number for Norxstore is wother switched off or unavailable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY . AVOID AVOID AVOID

Wish I'd read reviews on here before dealing with them. Like others on here, I was promised an approximate delivery date, and only a couple of days after my purchase, was informed that the washing machine had left them, and was with courier. The status of tracking didn't change, up to, and beyond promised date. It was always "on way". I could not contact Norxstore, the transport company, or the people my payment was actually made to. They were "MRCLEDUK" Avoid them like the plague, crooks and conmen. My bank has since reimbursed me, and pursuing them.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Really awful service. I am left wondering whether the tumble dryer I bought actually exists. My tumble dryer has not arrived. Timescales for delivery went back as soon as I paid. It is supposed to deliver today but delivery never updates. I am £135 out of pocket. The company and their courier don’t respond. The phone number doesn’t answer and it feels like a scam. I see others have had a similar experience. This should not be allowed. I encourage everyone who has gone through this to report to Trading Standards.

SCAM DO NOT ORDER Same as the rest ordered a washing machine told 14-21 days received a tracking number for courier “British express” website comes up with warning signs tracking number if works goes through to a on the way page and never changes it’s now been a month since ordering have emailed multiple times no reply and phone number invalid doesn’t even ring DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!

Ordered an Air Fryer with 5 day delivery. I received an email stating it would take 21 day so waited patiently. After 21 day I emailed them and received a reply saying the order had been cancelled and a refund would hit my account within 5 working days. Nearly 1 month later and no reply to my emails, phone number docent work and no refund! Complete scam do not use this company.
