This is a fake website. The products you order don’t come and the delivery tracking is also fake. The contact numbers and emails do not get answered. Luckily our credit card company (Tesco) is fantastic and got our £122.00 back to us. I have now learnt if something looks too good to be true, then it probably is not genuine. Be warned…….

No answer to email about where my Oder was have waited over a month and still not heard anything. Tracking say on way and has done for 3 weeks. Absolute disgrace of a company

Would do a minus star if could.AVOID AVOID AVOID Total scam....clever though, when emailed in beginning to find out delivery date, replied promptly giving me a date and said would refund 10% of the cost when delivered. After supposed delivery date, emailed several times all ignored. On my bank statement payment comes under SHEEP.....says it all really !!! Hope Karma comes your way for scamming honest people !

Ordered a Ninja Airfryer in August 2025 and has never arrived. I initially read good reviews for this company on Trustpilot. I sent an email to Norxstore and was told it would be delivered on 8th September. I’ve had no further correspondence from them since. Ignored all my emails and telephone number doesn’t ring. The invoice is for ASC Flooring which I thought was strange. I’ve reached out to my bank as paid by credit card.

SCAM SCAM I would give minus stars if I could. Spent £140 on washing machine. Still waiting. Thought it was too good to be true, but still went ahead. Luckily Bank reimbursed me. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE MONEY, DON'T USE. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS SCAM SCAM SCAM

We ordered a Beko tumble dryer a month ago, then informed delivery would be 17 days later. Checked by email and reassured by reply. But on the delivery date, with the tumble dryer showing in transit, it didn't arrive. And hasn't since, in spite of sending more emails, attempts to phone (dud number) and invitation to use the (non-existent) chat function on the website. This is a straightforward fraud.
