Right, do not buy from Norxstore. It is a shell name for simply ripping folk off. The telephone number doesn’t exist and I suspect the positive reviews are written by them. Trust pilot, do the right thing and blacklist this company but leave the reviews online. Google, I found this company using your search engine. £164 gone, and all I wanted was an air fryer.

I ordered an air fryer and was given tracking number and told it should arrive by 23.08.25. Date came and went but still no air fryer and no update. I have emailed to ask when I can expect it but had no reply. There seems no other way to contact them, only email. Would just like a refund as this has come on too long.
