I purchased my order 51 days ago. No news by Chinese online tracking since 45 days, no assistance from the company, just copy and paste answers. I asked to have my money back, and they said it is impossible. I think I will never receive my product, but I can advise you against buying from this company.

This company is an absolute sham. Like many others on here, I have ordered my goods and seen nothing. I ordered 3 items on Nov-21-2018. It is now Feb and the tracking says they are getting ready to leave China. That has been the case since week 2. If you want evidence of them being a sham, try and get someone to respond to you on their chat on the website. Absolutely no answer. I have received a couple of customer support responses to my email complaints but they have simply said they are looking into it. My advice is absolutely stay away.

Whatever they promise. Whatever their website says. No matter how slick they present. Do not waste your money and time with this company. I have been waiting months for my bracelet and despite several attempts to get some positive feedback. Nothing has eventuated. Take note of the other negative reviews and be rid of this type of company.

I bought a braided bracelet back I November last year and it was shipped soon after. I still haven’t received it After numerous emails I still am waiting for a response as to where it is. Their customer support service is appalling.

Stay very far away. Has been over 45 days since my purchase and it still has not arrived. Contacted support 20 days in and was told they could not do anything once an item was shipped. Didn't offer a refund, didn't offer to reship, and didn't even send an automated email to see if I had got my item after another 20 days. Congrats to those who get their items, but I see that I am not the only one here who has never received theirs.

Be very careful, there might be no delivery. For me it's 4 month and no one responsed me. Trying to get my refund.

Very poor customer service! I have had to email several times just to get the point across that my order was lost in transit. When they finally did figure out that my order was lost my only options are reship or a discount on another ring? Why isn't my money back an option? With it being 2 mos since my order and each e-mail seems to take 2-3 days between responses I am just ready to be done with my whole experience.
