Ordered a few things a month ago or more and was trackimg them with my order number right up until my 50 dollars worth of stuff got delivered to some town in tennesse ive never even heard of. Northwrist had been fairly responsive until then. Now they dont even recognize my email or password so ive gotten no response at all from them. I have a sick feeling that im not alone here. They are probably ripping off a bunch more people as I type this. The reviews they show on their website are total fabrications put there by nirthwrist themselves.

Going on 30 days without an item received. They keep feeding me the same generic, pre-written excuse and tell me shipping will update eventually. Not acceptable. If you like throwing your money away go for it. But don’t expect anything close to a decent level of customer service.

6 months later, no item. Lots of cheap excuses. Say they'll refund you if you wish but they don't. They'll be quick to take your money tough

Ordered three months ago never came in this website is a scam. The reason why reviews are so good is because they ask you right after you order it with you not realizing they will never come in. I saw an add on instagram that said “order within the next few hours and get 40% off” I’ve seen that ad every day now they just do that to make it seem like you have to hurry. It’s always on “sale” it’s nothing special.

They ask for reviews immediately on order. Products never arrive. Dont be fooled.

Took FOREVER to reach customer service and receive answers, and now I STILL haven't received the item I bought and paid for on February 6th. I will not purchase again from this website. They offer you deep discounts to leave them positive feedback BEFORE your item arrives, so beware of these other ratings.

This is a scam. They take your money, but don't actually send their product. I even got a tracking number, but it never updates. It has been over two months, and my emails have not been answered. You will not get a refund, the product you purchased, or any customer service. The positive reviews are from people who were promised a discount if they put up a positive review within a certain amount of time. (ie: before they realize that they are never getting their item)

Do not believe the positive reviews. Made a purchase January 4th and did not get a tracking number until February 16. Since that time the tracking has not updated atvall. No product. Used paypal for payment, however getting a refund, if any, will take forever. Just do not buy from northwrist.
