I ordered a ring at the end of August, after a couple of days I received an email saying I would receive it in 15 days. After 20 days I opened a complain and I was told that the shipping was due in 45 days. Apart from the fact that they lied in the first mail, 45 days have passed without receiving the ring. I asked for the money back but of course they haven’t answers that.

Scam These guys are all cosmetic online. They are absolutely disgusting when it comes to customer service or getting a REFUND on an item that never arrived! Their reply bellow is just for their online presents as they emailed back stating that they would contact the courier and get a reply in 2-3 days. It has been Oct 9th and no reply. Order was originally made on 03/09 and it is now two months later. AVOID these lazy scamers.

So far all good! Easy process to buy, good offers and nice options...already paid, now just waiting for the product, looks amazing! To add...they send an email asking to reply and saying if you reply you will get a discount...but the email doesnt work...lets see if i receive on time... So, after one month I received. I see in the invoice that actualy cost usd4,90 but they charged usd14,90 online. Additional to that, I had to pay another usd7,50 to collect from post office, they didnt delivery in my place as agreed. The product is ok. Quality is poor, but have to accept for the price. Size is super big, like two fingers large, so might be super big in your fist, I will not be able to wear. Additional information after 23 days I ordered. They charge immediately and confirm immediately. But after a few days they inform that your order will take 15 to 18 working days, nothing much to do from there, and is their policy that would be good to read all the terms and conditions before buying. After that, still delay, so they really give the 5% discount. But, still, they are asking to wait for 32 days to receive an update when I will receive my order. No date to receive still.The product comes from China, only in China, got stuck in 16 different places before leaving the country. I asked to cancel my order as I dont want to wait that much, you can find exactly the same product, much better price and in one or two days, available in Amazon.com, but unfortunately I just found this later. Be very careful with this company, not recommend at all.

Took weeks to get the bracelet and now it is too small. I was not given the option of size.

Never received one of my items. They offered my 10% discount for my trouble. The ring I did receive flaked after my first shower. Poor quality crap and bad customer service. Dont buy this garbage.

Useless! Have been waiting on an order for 3months. When in contact they repeat themselves. I’d prefer to wear nothing than rep this shiteeee
