One thing about Northwest Registered Agents is that these guys have an excellent customer support team which addresses issues quickly and at the same time you feel that they are doing so well to serve you not because you paid them to do their job but because they genuinely want to help you as if they are a part of your company. With over 3 decades of international business experience, I have seen the good, bad and ugly of all that needs to be seen as a businessman and with that said I highly recommend these guys.

They are very responsive and the work process is smooth and easy. I've set up my LLC through them which was a breeze. When I have questions, they respond usually in one business day and sometimes multiple people will get involved to make sure the questions are addressed properly. Very happy with the service.

This company has represented as Agent two companies and done a great job. The required filings are tracked, notification provided and filed. Customer service is responsive within 24-48 hrs, by an actual human, not a computer bot. I have used other Agents but was disappointed. Northwest gets my high-five.

I worked with NRA over the past year while starting my small business. I had to reach out to them several times with questions, and every time they answered quickly and professionally. They have always been both helpful and friendly, and I would recommend them to any friends or family starting a small business.

We have used Northwest Registered Agents to assist with the Registration in 5 states and this was our first time using a service of this nature and we needed a lot of hand holding and our questions were answered quickly, we received a call from an account representative to go over their platform to ensure we are receiving what we need. I would highly recommend Northwest! We appreciate your support during a time of growth.

Nat Smith is the man. Nortwest Registered Agent manages fair pricing and it's super easy to get started. You just fill in the documents on their website and they take care of the rest. I was surprised to see the filings that I requested were made as soon as 1 day after I requested the filing in Wyoming. Very quick service and easy to get started. Still waiting on the final materials from the official institutions but filing was done quick and easy.
