I’m extremely happy with Northwest Registered Agent. Their support team is easy to reach, very responsive, and always helpful. Exceptional support throughout my Virtual Office setup
I recently signed up for Northwest's Virtual Office service for
my Delaware LLC, and I cannot say enough good things about the
support I received from their team.
What stood out most was how responsive, transparent, and patient
every single team member was. Within my first week, I had questions
about USPS Form 1583 requirements, billing details, the Virtual
Office lease, phone service inclusions, and account contact setup.
I exchanged multiple emails with the support team and every reply
was clear, friendly, and professional.
Special thanks to Alex, Natalie, Donna, Debbie, Melissa, and
Katherine — each one of them took the time to thoroughly answer
my questions without ever making me feel rushed or like a number.
When I asked about details that other registered agent providers
typically gloss over (like how Google AdMob verification mail is
handled, or how to correctly configure my contact details for
compliance), they gave me direct, knowledgeable answers.
A few things that genuinely impressed me:
- Quick response times — usually within hours, never more than
one business day.
- Clear communication about what they can and cannot do (for
example, being upfront about Google Business Profile mail
policies).
- The Virtual Office service itself was activated immediately,
with a real Dover, Delaware address that has been recognized
and validated by Dun & Bradstreet without any issues.
- Phone service included as part of the Virtual Office package,
with a Delaware area code — a nice touch.
- The web dashboard is clean and intuitive.
