Do not use these people DBA nightmare A very dishonest agent (Matt) for this sham of a company sold me registration of a DBA in mid August telling me that it would take 5 days. I explained this was a very urgent requirement and he explained that it would be registered ar worst in 5 days and possibly sooner. Then when I called after 5 days I was told that the normal time for a DBA to be registered was 10 business days, I write this on the 10th of October and we still do not have our DBA or have any idea when we will get it. At the time that I was told that I had been lied to to their credit they refunded their fee so I was kind of happy about that. So happy that I went on and paid for their mail address service for $29 a month I discovered yesterday that I was also being charged for a call answering service that I did not ask for I cancelled both the services Their customer service which was excellent when they were trying to get money from me has now disappeared Terrible company and service

Has not been a positive experience. They are slow to get back to you, and I'm not even sure I'm speaking with a real human, feels like a conversation I would be having with a computer bot. While they are very nice, however very ineffective. What I have learned is that anyone can be a registered agent. Find a friend and file yourself.

Lousy service. In my opinion, they don’t deserve to stay in this business! I started wanting to create an LLC with this company, which promises a complete package, from website provision to LLC formation. I quickly realized the service was very poor, so I didn’t continue with their services. Unfortunately, before leaving, I made the mistake of buying my domain name through Northwestregisteredagent. Updating the DNS is tedious because you practically have to open a support ticket for every update, as their DNS management program works very poorly. Since then, I’ve waited 60 days to urgently transfer my domain, but even for that, the support hasn’t responded to me for three days and is preventing me from receiving my Auth/EPP codes, which are essential for transferring my domain to a serious and professional company. Absolutely to be avoided.

Looks like a scam company. Tried to order through them LLC registration. Before the sign up, it says this and that services are included, but... As soon as you start the sign up process, they are trying to charge you $39, $25, $99 extra for the "included" services. Even so you agreed to all of that, you will get unpleasant experience with bugs in their system and error messages popping up here and there all the way. I would recommend to find another agent to help you with the LLC registration.

I used this service for number of years without issue. However in 2025 they pulled a stunt that would require accounts to "opt out" to avoid being charged for a service that the custormer never signed up for in the first place. I received an email that said "We are going to file your annual report for you!" (even though I never asked for or consented to this program). "Unless you tell us otherwise, we will charge your account $170...for your convenience!" No. This is fraud. There is no other scenario where this is okay. Your car dealer can't change your tires and then charge you for it when you never asked them to. Your preferred airline can't automatically book flights for you and charge your credit card when you never asked for those plane tickets. A roofing company can't drive down the street and arbitrarily decide that it's time for a new roof, do the work, and then charge you for it when you never asked them to. All of those scenarios represent illegal business practices...just like the stunt that Northwest Registred Agent tried to pull. I canceled my service to a new provider, Washington Registered Agent, who unfortunately pulled the same stunt. I will be referring them to the Washington State Attorney General for a fraud investigation, and challenging the charges with my credit cart provider.

Unfortunately, I have been holding myself back from writing this review for a full month, but I have no choice now. I opened my company with Northwest in January, and everything was fine for the first week. However, I soon realized that I couldn't log into my account. I tried every possible alternative, and it was very obvious that there was an issue with my account. Every time I submitted a support request, it took 4-5 days for them to respond, and instead of actually fixing the issue, they kept repeating the same ridiculous suggestion: "clear your cookies." I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT FOR 2 MONTHS. While waiting for them to respond to my emails, we have been losing money for 2 months because we can't receive payments. Every week, I receive another generic response telling me to "clear my cookies again," and at this point, I feel like my patience is being tested. This has been a horrible experience, and none of it is due to my own mistakes. If you are truly the company you claim to be, fix this situation.

Having a hard time getting someone to answer a couple of simple questions via email. Some other reviews also seem to indicate the same issue. The whole point is to get them to email you the specifics and not tell you verbally over the phone. If they're delaying before earning my business, I wonder what they'll do after getting paid. Three stars may be a bit generous...Let's examine their response: "We love answering questions (even before someone signs up)" -- Incorrect, if you answered questions before someone actually signed up, you wouldn't be seeing this review! "But without your name or an account with us, we can’t confirm what’s been asked" -- You have an email and your people are qualified to read and address email inquiries? - JC
