We process a lot of mail. Everything you get at our address is scanned into your account within hours and also double checked by a human before routed to your inbox. I wonder if your getting mail sent to us with a different name than what you signed up for. That is an area where we just can't connect the dots because sometimes a client might sign up as My Company Name LLC, but then their vendor sends a letter as first name last name, because they think you'll notice their mail better that way. Maybe you could double check what the person sending you mail is listing relative to the name you signed up with. Our systems and processes are extremely accurate in scanning mail. Also we own our own buildings, it's our own hardware, and it's our own employees doing the work. We have the most private and largest mail forwarding and scanning service in the industry.

I'm sorry if you're not finding the value in our registered agent service. Something must be wrong if we're asking you to pay more. We include free mail and business address use with our registered agent service. If we've taken money from you you feel we shouldn't have, please reach out to customer service. You can call or email us or our contact info is always in the top right corner of your online account and lets get a refund to you. Sometimes it takes businesses a few years for their mail to really start coming in. By year 3-4 you can really start getting a lot of mail and it's important to have a vendor you can trust will accurately get that mail to you and in a timely and private manner. We own our own buildings, our own employees, and our own hardware to offer you the most private and reliable registered agent and mail processing services you can find.
