I like them and the insurance helps me a lot, but I always have problems with payments for the services used. I have to call them and spend hours on the phone to resolve issues.

Hi Renato, we appreciate the feedback. We are working on getting better with the calls and speeding things up. With thousands of calls per week it can get a little crazy sometimes, but we are working hard to get this resolved.
