The full lenght pads from Northshore are the best around. The have a adhesive tape to keep them in place inside of a diaper and they boost the amount of wettnes a diaper holds. They can be a little bulky but it's worth the added protection. It helps cut down the middle of night changes which is important for rest. I am very pleased with the full lenght pads. They can also boost up a disposable pull up brief. If added bulkness is not a issue, I would recomend the pad.

I have tried purchasing cheaper products at local stores and from other online vendors but the selections are poorly made, ill fitting and not worth the money. Every product I have purchased from NorthShore is well made, fits well and arrives within 24 hours of ordering. I have finally decided to make NorthShore my only source for my incontinence products. Great company and excellent service.
