My orders arrive in 2-3 business days. They are always filled correctly. The orders come in generic "plain brown" boxes which don't give away the nature of the contents. The products were very well. All around that all equals five stars.

THE MATTRESS PROTECTORS ARE SILKY SOFT AND ARE VERY PRETTY. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR MY MOTHER WHO IS 90 YEARS OLD. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY FUNCTIONAL--AND WHEN LAUNDERED --CONTINUE TO LOOK AS IF NEW. (NO BUNCHING OR SHIFTING OF MATERIALS). EXCELLENT PRODUCT!
