The order history is convenient, orders are accurate and shipping is FASTTTTTTTTT!!
Every time I order for my "elderly but still spunky" mother, I am able to pull up order history and reorder identical items. I find this more convenient than standing orders, as timing is not consistent (usage varies). The reorder feature is easy and ensures accurate product codes without having to look them up every time. When we first started, I did not use the reorder and accidentally ordered the wrong size of an entire case. I contacted NorthShore customer service and they were OUTSTANDING. Made it easy to return, even though the error was clearly my own. We live in a very rural area (nearest Walmart is 60 miles). The brands accessible here (for adult diapers especially) are national name brands and a few off brands. At first, we tried different brands and absorbencies of the adult diapers offered by NorthShore (using the VERY detailed and accurate descriptions which included capacity ratings). My mom was able to try several types until she picked an obvious winner. The adult diapers we order from NorthShore are CHEAPER and FAR SUPERIOR to the national brands. Also, they ship FAST. Despite living in the middle of nowhere (where major shipping companies will NOT guarantee next day air - even if you try to pay for it) - her order arrives within 1-3 days, depending on time of day I order. The delivery person always puts the boxes inside the house for her; from there, the packages are sized in a way that she can still manage to slid them around herself until the next time we visit to help her unpack and store the order. NorthShore Care Supply has streamlined my excessively chaotic life and improved my mom's quality of life. I have never written a review before, but felt I absolutely should for them.
