Sent order to my sister in Lexington, KY, but she did not receive it, although the list shows that the it was delivered.

Order came thru in 3 days, well packaged. Only downside to some people may be the package return address, purported to be somewhat anonymous but NorthShore is a prominent part of the label. Price and shipping costs compared very favorably to other online vendors.

I have used Northshore a couple of times now and have been very pleased. The only suggestion is that some packages come with no printing on them and with an order of various items, sometimes I'm not sure which is which.

I am happy to say I finally found a disposable under ware that protects me day and night I wear a pad with them which helps give me added protection and able me to wear under ware thru the day without changing until bed time and go through the night with a new one

The rep I spoke to was very understanding and helpful.

Northshore does a great job and makes it so easy, I just wish the product I get could be put together just a little bit better

i already had a couple of incontinence pads for my mother, but needed more. i found what i was looking for at northshore care supply, so placed an order. i received the order the next day. the only thing i did not like was that the 4 pads were unwrapped - just folded together and placed in the cardboard box. however, the packing slip was enclosed in plastic. this does not make any sense to me as i would think it would be the other way around.

The only thing I'd like, is mention of the price of items on packing slip and other paperwork.
