the experience was all good and i would recommend to others
i haven't heard back yet from my sister who lives w/my mom in our hometown 70 miles away from where i live about how the briefs are working. My mother suffers dementia and is challenged about everything from taking her medicines, drinking water, getting to the toilet in time... the list goes on and on. she is used to using pads but they just don't work anymore. i felt the briefs would be best but since she wears drawstring pants, the pull-ups just don't work. when using a public restroom, taking off pants and shoes to change a brief is problematic and disturbing for my mom. i hoped the briefs that could be removed w/out taking off clothes would be best. still, it is a lot to comprehend for my mom who so wants to be independent. i wonder if the visiting nurse who comes to help my shower twice a week can advise her on how to use the product. my sister has a full-time job and just can't be there to teach, advise, help. i might have a better report on the product later. but as far as the care and concern from the northshore staff, it was just great. very very caring and concerned about success. i appreciate it and hope we can find that product that works for mom in which case, i'll be ordering online.
